• Defamation Act 2005 (NSW) - NoneAn Act to enact in New South Wales provisions to promote uniform laws of defamation in Australia; to repeal the Defamation Act 1974; to amend the Crimes Act 1900 in relation to criminal defamation; to amend the Limitation Act 1969 in relation to the limitation period for defamation actions; and for other purposes.
• Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (C'th) - NoneThe Disability Discrimination Act 1992 has three objectives to eliminate, as far as possible, discrimination against persons on the grounds of disability, to ensure, as far as practicable, that persons with disabilities have the same rights to equality before the law as the rest of the community and to promote recognition and acceptable within the community of the principle that persons with disabilities have the same fundamental rights as the rest of the community.
