establishes the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register to collect and record vaccinations given to individuals under the age of 20 years and provides for: the type of information that may be collected for the purposes of the register; the disclosure and confidentiality of information; and the Commonwealth to make payments to recognised vaccination providers when they notify the register of a vaccination.
