Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The purpose of this procedure is to establish the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle (the Diocese) governance requirements for tenant-initiated modifications or upgrades to tenanted properties, ensuring consistency, compliance, safety, and protection of asset value.

This procedure ensures tenantâ€'initiated modifications are controlled, safe, compliant, and do not compromise the integrity, value, serviceability or operability of Diocese assets to ensure asset stewardship and compliance and safety. It ensures decisions and installations are documented, traceable and auditable.
