This procedure aims to support employees in overcoming performance challenges, ensuring that they have the necessary guidance and resources to improve, while also maintaining a fair and transparent process for addressing underperformance issues.
This procedure supports the Fair Treatment Policy and Code of Conduct.
This procedure also outlines the process for managing continued employee underperformance, where management in accordance with the Managing for Performance Procedure has not resulted in the required change.
This policy provides notice to workers of the circumstances, nature, and types of workplace surveillance at the Diocese, in accordance with the Act.
