- Catholic Schools - Enrolment Appeals ProcedureThe purpose of this procedure is to set out the appeals process that applies to enrolment decisions made in accordance with the Schools Enrolment Policy and Procedure at Catholic Schools in the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle (the Diocese).

Catholic schools in the Diocese are also required to comply with all requirements relating to enrolment set out in the Education Act 1990 (NSW), and to the extent of any inconsistency, the Education Act applies.
Catholic schools in the Diocese are also required to ensure that its enrolment policy and practices comply with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and Disability Standards for Education 2005.

The purpose of the Schools HSC Assessment Guideline is to provide information regarding assessment in Year 12. Students who satisfactorily complete Year 12 are awarded the Higher School Certificate (HSC).
