  • Whistleblower ProcedureThe purpose of this procedure is to set out the process to follow in logging and addressing allegations of fraud, corruption, maladministration and misconduct in the Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (the Diocese).

  • Workplace Surveillance PolicyThe purpose of this policy is to ensure that a transparent environment exists within the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle (the Diocese) including its parishes and agencies with regard to surveillance, and that the Diocese complies with the requirements of the Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 (NSW) (the Act).
    This policy provides notice to workers of the circumstances, nature, and types of workplace surveillance at the Diocese, in accordance with the Act.
